Designed during the golden age of backyard engineering and motor madness, Muskin models like the Cat Eliminator, Hustler, and Dominator were compact, rugged, and fast. Though production only lasted a few short years (roughly 1970–1974) and though information on HPE Muskin is obscure, HPE Muskin left a serious mark on the powersports world. Today, surviving CAT models are rare collectibles — prized for their vintage styling, raw simplicity, and the nostalgic thrill of a machine built purely for fun."
